The worldwide demand for gold continues to increase yearly along with the global population and the industrialization of countries like India and China. Much of the remaining world's gold is locked in mountain ranges and within protected wilderness areas. As the demand for gold goes up there is pressure from mining companies to intrude into preserved wilderness areas and use destructive means to dig out the gold, silver and platinum with heavy equipment and harsh corrosive chemicals. It can take centuries for an area to recover after being mined, if ever.
GoldCycler recovers precious metals back from the public and returns it to circulation thus reducing the need to mine new gold. Last year thousands of ounces of gold were recovered in this way. This is equivalent to the production of several of the largest gold mines in the world.
GoldCycler has had a positive impact and saved areas that otherwise would have been stripped bare looking for the same metals that are just lying in the bottom of most Americans' jewelry boxes.
We buy any items made with gold, silver or platinum. This includes almost all kinds of jewelry such as rings, bracelets, necklaces, chains, broaches, pins, ear rings, ingots, class rings, dental gold fillings, cuff links, money clips, etc.
Please do not send us computer parts, gold plated guns, watches or items not made from precious metals.
Goldcycler DOES buy diamonds.
You are correct to be cautious with your property and who you do business with.
Any company can buy membership in a club, put up a fancy web site and say "trust us". GoldCycler is pleased to let our legions of satisfied customers stand as our credentials.
As a company, we do business in plain sight - our commercials run on TV, our offices are located in the USA and you can call, email or write to us freely. Our policies are posted and easy to understand - and we follow them.
Our appraisers have years of experience and our executives have been in the precious metals business for more than 20 years. In order to be in the precious metals recycling business all of our staff must pass background checks - right down to the janitor.
You may contact us at 877-GOLD-218 and speak to a representative anytime.

The items we buy are usually recycled (melted down) back into their base metals (gold, silver and platinum). Much of it is then used to manufacture new jewelry.

You are not acting as another's agent or representative for this sale;
Your Merchandise is free of any and all claims, liens, or anything else that might adversely effect the value of your Merchandise or your ability to sell it to us;
You believe the Merchandise is authentic an contains significant portions of gold, silver or platinum,

Please do not send items with sentimental value such as antiques, family heirlooms, rare forms, or other 'irreplaceable' items that have significant value beyond their component metals or stones.
Look for a small stamp on the gold, often found on the inside of rings or on the clasp of a chain or earring. Some of the more common stamps say 10K, 14K, 18K. If you can not find a stamp but you sincerely think an item contains precious metals, go ahead and send it to us and our appraiser will test it.
Currently diamonds are the only gemstones we are paying for. If your jewelry contains other kinds of gemstones, it is recommended that you remove them before mailing your items.
GoldCycler insures each kit for up to $100 in the event of loss in the mail. Please see our Terms of Service for full details. If you feel your jewelry is valued at over $100, we strongly recommend you purchase additional insurance before sending it. We also advise taking photographs of your jewelry for your records. It is extremely rare for a kit to be lost in the mail, but it is good to take precaution.
Woo Hoo! I had no idea a handful of mismatched earrings would be worth $50. I also had no idea that a bracelet could make my car payment. Thanks!

I'm a single mom trying to raise three kids. I didn't want to have to take my gold into the pawnshop and negotiate. I also didn't have the time. Your process was so simple and easy, and I know I got the best value. I'll be sure to tell my friends how wonderful you guys are.
