How do I know I'm getting the most for my items?
We have developed a 99.9% customer satisfaction rating from people who have received payment for their items from us, indicating that most people are satisfied they received a fair price.

What If I don't agree with the value you assign?
If in the rare case you do not agree with our expert's examination and evaluation of your items, you can always request a reassessment. Be sure to do this in the time period allowed. We will happily re-examine from scratch your shipment and make sure you are getting the best price for your items. If you are still unhappy, then we will return your items to you as outlined in our Terms of Service.

If you are concerned that your returned check will not arrive back to us in time, please call 1 877-GOLD-218 or email (service@goldcycler.com) one of our customer service representatives to give us notice so that we may hold your items in advance of receiving your check. After receiving your check, your items will be returned within 15 business days. The shipment back to you is insured under our Terms of Service against loss.
